There are 4 sections to this portal.

In the Home section, you will find links to add and view tickets and to view articles. On the right, you will see links to some commonly used resources.

Here you will be able to create new tickets and view tickets you have previously submitted (currently open, on hold, and closed). You can also view/edit your profile (name, email, photo, etc.).
